Process
First, you'll need to sign up for Pvot®. This first step connects you with our eHealth community and starts the process of becoming a member. It's a simple sign-up that lets us start gathering the info we need to give you accurate info.
After that, you'll be accepted as a patient of one of our doctors. This is the start of your formal relationship with the medical team. We're here to support you and guide you on your health journey.
Within 24 hours of the doctor's acceptance, you'll receive the DSM5 – Level 1 questionnaire. This questionnaire is a formal, worldwide assessment of your mental health. Take your time to complete the questionnaire thoroughly, honestly, and accurately. Every question must be answered.
Once you submit it, we'll get back to you within a day with the results. This gives us enough time to process your answers and deliver the certified results.
