Delivery method
All Pvot licenses are digital licenses and delivered electronically via email or through our online platform.
Delivery Time
Pvot licenses are typically delivered within a few minutes of purchase. However, due to our reliance on the Microsoft licensing system for activation and provisioning, delivery may take up to 24 hours in some cases. Please note that occasional delays can occur due to factors outside of our direct control, such as Microsoft system maintenance or unexpected server load. We are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible and will provide updates if any significant delays are anticipated.
Delivery Confirmation
Upon successful delivery, you will receive a confirmation email with your digital license and any necessary activation instructions.
If you do not receive your Pvot license within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk email folder. If you still cannot locate the email, contact our customer support team at cs@pvot.eu for assistance.
