T his Privacy Policy (hereinafter “Policy”) concerns the way we process your personal data, especially the conditions for collection, storage and use of said data, during your visit and use of the website www.pvot.eu (hereinafter Website).

Collecting your Personal DataIn our Website we mainly collect your data passively, through tracking tools, such as cookies. We also collect data from third parties, such as the Linkedin social platform. The ways we collect your data comprise the following stages:

  1. During your visit and navigation in the Website, your data are collected only by the cookies you have given your consent to be used, which are detailed in the Cookies Policy.
  2. When you contact, review or comment our Page at Linkedin, your Linkedin username and the content of your message is recorded.
  3. Through the Website we provide information - addresses for contacting use via e-mail, telephone or via to specific form provided by the Website. In case you select one of the above ways to contact us, you provide your full name and email address, which we collect along with your comment in order to reply.
  4. We do not collect personal information from minors without the consent of their guardian. If we realise that a minor attempts to submit their personal information, we will remove this information from our records. If you are a parent/guardian of a minor that has submitted their personal information without your consent, contact us to delete it.
  5. The Website uses outsourced traffic recording, such as Google Analytics. Google Analytics provides us anonymised data to define the number of people using our Website, to better understand the way they find and use our websites and to see their moves in the Website. Although Google Analytics uses cookies to record data, such as your geographical location, your device, your internet browser and operating system, none of this information is related to you and cannot identify you. Note that Google is a third party processor.
  6. Use of Social Network - YouTube plugins: The Website uses additional applications - “social plugins” - for social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn and Pinterest. Plugins are identified by the corresponding logos of the above media (a white “f” against a blue background, or the “thumbs-up” icon for Facebook, the design of a bird with the phrase “Tweet” for Twitter, the indication G+ for Google”, the inscription inShare against a white and blue background for LinkedIn and the letter P in a circle with the phrase Save for Pinterest). In case you are on a Website page where we have embedded a plugin, the browser will contact the relevant server of the media to load and show the plugin. During this procedure, the social media may receive information regarding your visit on the Website. We do not know how much data can be collected by using the specific plugins. In case that data are collected via the above plugins, they are subject to the privacy policy of the relevant media. Moreover, in the Website we process third party photographs, when relevant material is shared and posted, to promote our products, subject to the relevant consent.
